Once my wife planned to go Delhi from Ayodhya Cant. I took information from an App regarding the train. We marched towards railway station as train was right time as per app. But when we reached the railway station, found that train is late by 30 minutes. I visited many times to information board to get the train reaching information. There I met with a railway employe who suggested me to download Rail Radar App to get the better train information. Then and there I downloaded the Rail Radar App from google play stores. One can get a lot of information in respect to trains by this App. But we have to reach the railway station before time. I use this App always and I am fully satisfied. I suggest you also to try once. This app gives approximate time of reaching.

How Rail Radar works
Rail Radar GPS is a live tracker allowing users to watch the movements of passenger trains running in India on an interactive map. All passenger trains in India are operated by state-owned Indian Railways. Rail Yatri relaunched the site with Rail Radar GPS in November 2015.Rail Radar GPS determines train locations by analyzing the pattern of locations transmitted by the smartphone travelers sitting on the train, similar to how Google Maps determines traffic density on the road. Rail Radar GPS shows train tracking data displayed on a Google Map, which also indicates the delay status of trains – trains running on time have green indicators, while those running late are marked red.

एक बार मेरी पत्नी ने अयोध्या कैंट से दिल्ली जाने की योजना बनाई। मैंने ट्रेन के संबंध में एक ऐप से जानकारी ली। हमने रेलवे स्टेशन की ओर मार्च किया क्योंकि ऐप के अनुसार ट्रेन सही समय पर थी। लेकिन जब हम ट्रेन पहुँचने की रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंचे तो पता चला कि ट्रेन 30 मिनट की देरी से है। मैंने जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए कई बार सूचना बोर्ड का दौरा किया। वहाँ मेरी मुलाकात एक रेलवे कर्मचारी से हुई जिसने मुझे बेहतर ट्रेन जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए रेल रडार ऐप डाउनलोड करने का सुझाव दिया। तभी मैंने गूगल प्ले स्टोर से रेल रडार ऐप डाउनलोड किया। इससे ट्रेनों के संबंध में बहुत सारी जानकारी मिल सकती है। लेकिन हमें समय से पहले रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंचना है मैं इस ऐप का हमेशा उपयोग करता हूं और इससे पूरी तरह संतुष्ट हूं। आपको भी सुझाव देता हूं कि एक बार इस ऐप को आज़माएं। यह ऐप पहुंचने का अनुमानित समय बताता है।

रेल रडार कैसे काम करता है
रेलराडार जीपीएस (रेलयात्री द्वारा) एक लाइव ट्रैकर है जो उपयोगकर्ताओं को एक इंटरैक्टिव मानचित्र पर भारत में चलने वाली यात्री ट्रेनों की गतिविधियों को देखने की अनुमति देता है। भारत में सभी यात्री ट्रेनें राज्य के स्वामित्व वाली भारतीय रेलवे द्वारा संचालित की जाती हैं। रेलयात्री ने नवंबर 2015 में रेलराडार जीपीएस के साथ साइट को फिर से लॉन्च किया। रेलराडार जीपीएस ट्रेन में बैठे स्मार्टफोन यात्रियों द्वारा प्रसारित स्थानों के पैटर्न का विश्लेषण करके ट्रेन स्थानों को निर्धारित करता है, जैसे Google मानचित्र सड़क पर यातायात घनत्व निर्धारित करता है। रेलराडार जीपीएस Google मानचित्र पर प्रदर्शित ट्रेन ट्रैकिंग डेटा दिखाता है, जो ट्रेनों की देरी की स्थिति को भी इंगित करता है – समय पर चलने वाली ट्रेनों में हरे रंग के संकेतक होते हैं, जबकि देर से चलने वाली ट्रेनों को लाल रंग से चिह्नित किया जाता है।
